A church is not like any other building type; we add value by knowing the questions to ask to tease out building operation priorities and uses, safety, quality, and cost effectiveness for churches.

Church staff members are often disadvantaged when it comes to dealing with a construction project in that it is not part of their expertise or daily role. An owners’ representative allows you to focus on your ministry and not pay for a full-time, short-term staff member that has the experience and education required.
