As a career banker, Jon is often sought after for his expertise. He’s served in a variety of executive level positions, including chief operating officer and chief financial officer. He drew upon that and his entrepreneurial ventures, to create a proprietary financial modeling tool that ascertains borrowing capacity, financial scenarios, debt implications and loan structures. Jon is involved with the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and serves as an elder at Traders Point Christian Church.

Anne brings more than 20 years of corporate experience to Crossbridge, including facilitating the launch of new products, leading process development and engineering departments, and implementing capital projects. A natural leader, Anne serves as owners’ representative for design and construction projects. She's been involved in the development of multiple facilities, from development of site plans, to leading build teams, to creating interior designs and exterior color schemes.
